SALES, RETURNS & REFUNDS
Regrettably, returns on sale items or gift cards are not permitted.
Sale items are final sale only.
Opened items or products purchased by mistake cannot be returned.
Some items are non-returnable, including perishable goods (like produce, dairy, food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products).

Perishable goods, including fresh produce, dairy, plants, cosmetics, and herbal items, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Cookware items such as pots, pans, and pressure cookers are considered final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present. Customers should inspect cookware before purchase. If a defect is detected, we recommend contacting the manufacturer before returning the item to the store.
Clearance and closeout items are also final sale.
Hot prepared foods and Indian sweets are final sales; however, if you are not fully satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours after pickup, and we will work to resolve the issue.

Spice Bazaar is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to those meant to directly compensate for a loss or injury, damages that are reasonably expected to arise from a loss or injury (consequential damages), or other incidental damages and expenses directly resulting from a loss or injury. Additionally, we are not liable even if we have been negligent or if our authorized representative has been informed of the potential for such damages.
Moreover, Spice Bazaar will not be liable for any delay or failure to fulfill its obligations under these Terms or concerning any completed or attempted transactions on the Services if such delay or failure is due to factors beyond its reasonable control.
In any case, our liability to you for all types of losses, damages, injuries, and claims (whether arising under contract, negligence, wrongful conduct, or any other legal theory) will not exceed the amount, if any, that you paid to us to access the specific Service involved in the claim. If no fees were paid for the Services related to the claim, you will be limited to seeking injunctive relief only, unless otherwise required by law, and will not be entitled to any damages.
